📜 Return & Refund Policy
Since all of our products are custom-printed just for you when an order is placed, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
✅ Conditions for Free Replacement or Refund
A free replacement or a refund will be offered if we are contacted within 30 days of product delivery and the issue is one of the following:

Damaged Product: The item arrived broken or damaged (e.g., ripped, major scratch).

Manufacturing Error: A clear defect in the product or the printing (e.g., wrong design, poor quality print, incorrect product type).

Lost in Transit: The package status has not been updated for an unusually long time, or it is confirmed lost by the carrier.
📝 How to Initiate a Replacement or Refund

Report a Problem: In your order email, there is a link to report a problem next to each item in your order. You can use that link to start the replacement or refund process.

Provide Proof: Attach clear photos (or a video) showing the problem (damaged item, defective print, etc.).

Resolution: Once the issue is confirmed, we will process a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Note: If you no longer have your original order email, please email us at info@kiwi-joe.com with either your order number, the order’s shipping address, or the email address for the order, and the proof of the problem(as detailed above). We will make every attempt to find your order and intitiate the replacement or refund process for you if it meets the conditions listed above.
❌ Exceptions (Non-Returnable/Refundable)
We cannot be held responsible and will not offer refunds or reprints for:

Buyer’s Remorse: The customer simply changes their mind.

Incorrect Size/Color Ordered: The customer selected the wrong size or color during checkout. We provide a sizing chart for our products in their description. Please ensure you are ordering the correct size based on the sizing chart before finalizing your purchase.

Incorrect Address Provided: The customer provided an address that was incorrect or insufficient, leading to a failed delivery or the item being returned to the sender.
Note: If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may be able to offer a partial refund for the product price only, excluding shipping costs, or we can reship it to the corrected address, but a new shipping fee will apply.
